Welcome to the Regional Organizing Committee for Rochester/Finger Lakes.

Our volunteer Local Organizers are our “Love Warriors” on the front lines of the marriage equality movement! Our local regions are guided by these front-line volunteer activists, who work within their local communities to change hearts and minds, one conversation at a time. 

Regional Organizing Committees (ROCs) accomplish their work within the scope of Marriage Equality USA's Mission, “To secure legally recognized civil marriage equality for all, without regard to sexual orientation or gender identity, at the state and federal level through grassroots organizing, education, action and partnerships.” They focus on educational efforts, projects and events developed with the consultation and support of MEUSA's Executive Director, Program Manager and National Staff.
