Duane is a seasoned health care professional with over 17 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Leadership, Operations, Team Development, Fund Development, Board Governance, and Public Policy. He currently works as the CEO of The Taylor-Wilks Group, a not for profit health care consulting firm in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area, as well as the CEO for the Regional Primary Care Association in Maryland, an agency dedicated to representing the interest of Federally Qualified Health Centers in the states of Maryland and Delaware.

Duane holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy as well as a JD, and is currently pursuing his doctorate degree at George Washington University.

Duane and his partner of 19 years are raising their three beautiful children in the Washington DC Metropolitan area.
